5. Payment and No Refund Policy

• —No refunds will be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with market conditions, or failure to use the services.
• —Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and access is granted immediately upon payment.
• —Cancellation of a monthly subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
• —Lifetime access fees are a single one-time payment and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
